Youth Coaching

Adolescence and adulthood are pivotal times for building independence, confidence, and a sense of direction. Dr. Veronica Carullo’s Youth Coaching sessions empower adolescents and young adults to make informed, purposeful decisions about their future—whether preparing for college, exploring career paths, pursuing personal growth, addressing wellness challenges such as chronic pain, or enhancing emotional well-being.

These one-on-one sessions, approximately 55 minutes each, are tailored to the unique needs of the youth client. While parents receive periodic updates, the primary focus is fostering independence, resilience, and self-confidence.
