Empowering Children & Teens to Thrive

Goal setting, confidence building, and life transitions. Preparing for college, career, and adult responsibilities.

Teens

Adolescence is a critical time for developing independence, confidence, and direction. Dr. Veronica Carullo’s Adolescence Life Planning sessions are designed to guide teens in making informed decisions about their future—whether it’s preparing for college, career paths, or personal growth.

Initial Consultation (Parent & Teen) – 60 Minutes

  • A one-time introductory session where Dr. Carullo meets with both the parent and the teen.
  • Discusses the teen’s goals, challenges, and areas they’d like to improve (confidence, decision-making, time management, etc.).
  • Outlines the structure of the program and expectations.
  • Establishes a safe space for open discussion.

Core Coaching Sessions (5 to 8 Sessions Recommended)

  • Sessions are one-on-one with the teen, lasting approximately 45–60 minutes each.
Parents receive periodic updates, but the focus is on fostering independence in the teen.
